Well you’ve made it to my website, so let me tell you a little about myself. Since 1998 I’ve been an active Realtor primarily in the Southwest Florida. I’ve sold quite a number of navigable waterway properties in the communities of Iona Shores, Palmetto Point, Town & River, McGregor Isles and a good many in Cape Coral. I’ve shown and sold homes in most every residential community in the area. It is a constant information gathering process, especially with the new and under construction communities (currently over 100). My knowledge of golf course communities is strong; though I do of course have a few favorites!
For my Sellers: As a modern day marketer, I am always a student of the craft. I’m a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. I have two terrific (now adult) children, who are each finishing out their college studies at FGCU. Fitness and Cycling play a big part in the positive energy I bring to the table. I’m involved with two governmental bike advocacy groups, and founder of the SWFL Critical Mass, the areas largest bicycle riding group.
I also enjoy being a member of and volunteering with the Southwest Florida Symphony Society.
